CONFIGURATION OF TEST CHIP
Primer pairs and probes to detect specific high risk genes of HPV are labeled in each well. Well number 1 is for running negative control and each well from number 7-10 is for running positive controls. With this test chip configuration, Type 16, Type 18, High Risk HPV Group 1(16, 31, 33, 35, 52, and 58), High Risk HPV Group 2 (18, 39, 45, and 68), and High Risk HPV Group 3 (51, 56, and 59) can be detected at a single PCR run. This kit can detect L1 gene of HPV Type 16 and Type 18, and E6, E7 gene of High Risk Group 1, 2, and 3.
